The year 2023 is closing with a great announcement from Master Chen Bing about the opening of the new facilities of Chen Bing Taiji Academy in Chen Village (China). Not only the school is ready and fully operational but also a new, very attractive and affordable study package is offered for those who wish to travel to China and learn at the Academy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Master Chen Bing trains his coaches at the main school to excellency and you will have your dedicated coaches with you along the learning journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It includes 3 hour lessons in the morning, 3 hour lessons in the afternoon, and many more practices in between. Three meals a day and a good night sleep in the new comfy rooms. The new buildings include a big indoor practice hall, a huge practice yard, new bedrooms and bathrooms, and a dining hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the good news is - the prices have dropped down for the foreign students coming from afar!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prices for the lessons:
1 day: 25 USD
1 month:\u00a0300 USD
6 months: 1800 USD

That includes 5-6 hours of Training every day. Every 10th day is one day off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A usual day in the Chen Bing Taiji Academy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standing up in the morning and have some breakfast (if you are a tough one, you might have some training before the breakfast).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First hour includes the warm-up (fang song gong), basics (ji ben gong) like standing (zhan zhuang) and silk reeling (chan si gong) and old frame's first form (laojia yilu) with all students together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After that the students split into smaller groups, each with a teacher to learn the content they are interested in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, when you register, you may ask for your interested content in the beginning and the staff will organize you a teacher. It is also possible to change the group. You may have 2 of these classes before it is time for \u2026 lunch<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now have a break. You deserve it (if you trained hard and well).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the break the whole thing starts from the beginning. This means one hour warm up and group practicing Lao Jia Yi Lu and then two hours focused on the subject you chose to study. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, each training unit is about 3 hours (twice a day). If you are tired you may have a rest. Take care of your body. Especially if you are a beginner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After dinner you are free to relax. Chat with some mates while stretching your legs, walk through the village and buy some food or read a good book in your room. If you want to train more, you will be in good company with other ambitious students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
